at Muscle Polynesia would like to extend our deepest gratitudes
to the victims of Hurricane Katrina. We would like to dedicate
this page to them.
Many customers who are located in the affected areas are currently without electricity,
food, clean water, and access to telephone service. Some individuals have lost
their homes and their jobs. According to the American Red Cross, the need for
national support will be required for many coming months. Insurance claims have
been estimated to exceed US$26Bil, and officials insist the rebuilding of infrastructure
and housing will take years.
I would also like to note that
we should all be thankful and to not assume that something
like this will not happen in ours/your community....because
it can. This is the second worst natural disaster that
has occured this year and that has also taken thousands
of lives. Let us all be prepared and always assume for
the worst case scenario.
And please, if you
can find it in your hearts to make a donation so that these
people can get a second chance to rebuild their lives again.
